1-GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE, THE USE OF ITS SERVICES AND ITS ACCEPTANCE:

1.1 General Conditions of the Website: Your use of this Website gives you the condition of "User" and constitutes full acceptance on your part of all the clauses of these General Conditions. Therefore, as "User", you expressly declare that you have read, understood and accepted the terms contained therein and hence are subject to the same.    

At the same time, access to Website contents is subject to all warnings, regulations of use and instructions made available to the user by the Website domain owner.

For the purposes of these conditions, the Website will be understood to mean:

2.1 Availability: The Website is available 24 hours per day, every day of the year; nevertheless, due to technical reasons which generally imply compulsory suspension of access to or use of the site, there can be a temporary interruption for the time needed to solve the incident.

2.2 Adonis Hotel Management, S.L. ., reserves the right to unilaterally suspend the presentation and configuration of the Website, including the contents and services contained therein.

2.3 Adonis Hotel Management, S.L. ., reserves the right to subcontract to third parties whatever is deemed appropriate in regard to the maintenance and the services offered in the Website.

3- CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE:

3.1- The user can voluntarily abstain from those contents and/or services which imply the payment of any amount.

3.2- The telephone cost entailed by using the Website, as well as any other costs and/or expenses deriving   from mere access and viewing of contents will be the direct responsibility of the user.  

3.3- The user acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is his sole responsibility and is strictly for personal and private purposes.

The use of the Website for ends which are not strictly personal and are not in keeping with the nature of the site is expressly forbidden.

3.4- The use of the Website is subject to strict compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

In regard to the foregoing,   Adonis Hotel Management, S.L. ., can unilaterally remove, suspend and/or block access to any of the contents without prior notice to those users who do not comply with any one of the clauses of this document.

3.5- In order to ensure optimum use of the Website, downloading of certain computer programmes, or other logical or software elements, may be necessary. Such downloads will be the sole responsibility of the user, and the company owning the Website will in no case be held responsible for any damages caused by such downloads.

4- GUARANTEE OF USE AND LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY :

4.1- In general, Adonis Hotel Management, S.L.  , owner of the Website, does not guarantee nor takes responsibility for any damages the user may suffer in his computer system due to the use of the Website or incorporation of elements associated with the same, except for those specific cases of express legal responsibility and in the terms governed by the provisions of applicable legislation.     

4.2- The user accepts the waiver of responsibility of Adonis Hotel Management, S.L.  , in the case of damages suffered in his computer equipment due to any justified or non-justified suspension, interruption or cancellation of access to the Website.

4.3- Adonis Hotel Management, S.L. , hereby declares that it does not in any way intervene in the configuration and/or layout of the services of third companies which are involved in any way in the features offered by the Website.   Therefore, the company cannot guarantee the legality, correctness or veracity of such services or of the products offered by these third companies, posted in the Website. Hence, it cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the user in regard to the use of such contents or services offered by third companies through the Website.

4.4- The site may contain links to other websites operated by third companies; such services are offered as additional features by the owner of the Website which, however, under no circumstances, offers any kind of guarantee in regard to its use, such use being the sole responsibility of the user who decides of his own free will to access its contents.

5- BOOKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

5.1- In order to lend users a better service, the Website can handle your holiday accommodation bookings. Hence, an on-line booking system has been enabled using different payment systems.  

5.1.1- Payment on arrival system: Once the different identification boxes of the on-line booking form have been filled in, the user gives a credit card number only for the purposes of backup for the definite payment of the accommodation which is settled on arrival.  

Cancellation is subject to a fine, if the user decides to cancel his booking less than 72 hours before scheduled arrival. In this case, the fine will consist in the cost of one night charged to the credit card given by the user, to compensate for handling expenses.  

5.1.2- Payment using the PayPal system: in regard to this type of payment, users are referred to the general conditions contained in the website: www.paypal.es

5.1.3- Payment by means of Bank Order: the user must contact the management company, Adonis Hotel Management, S.L.  , by calling +34 922717221 Ext. 17 - 18 , once the payment has been made and confirmed, the user will receive an electronic mail with his booking confirmation. The establishment will not charge any type of additional commission for using this means of payment, while it does not take any responsibility deriving from the payment of bank or other commissions on the part of the user.
