Its corporate purpose includes the purchase and sale of land, the acquisition or construction of all types of real estate, particularly for hospitality and tourism activities, the development and execution of all types of urban projects, the operation of hotels and tourist establishments, and the provision of administration, management and business direction services within the hospitality sector and similar activities. The company’s main activity is hotel management, and as of 31 December 2021 it operates a total of 3 hotels located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Adonis Resorts Hoteles has its tax residence in Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands) and is composed of SILENIS PROMOTION S.L.
