Web booking conditions
ONLINE BOOKING CONDITIONS – ADONIS PLAZA
Our online booking service is intended solely for reserving accommodation in one or more of the hotels within our chain. By using this service, you accept each and every one of the general conditions contained in the latest version of these booking conditions.
Booking process:
In order to make a reservation at our establishments, the following steps must be followed:
1. Selection of the establishment
2. Specification of arrival and departure dates.
3. Indication of the number of adults or children under 11 years old.
4. Entry of a promotional code, if available.
5. Selection of the room, indicating the desired rate depending on whether you wish to include breakfast in the booking.
6. Selection of extras within the booking; if none are desired, you may continue the process.
7. A booking summary will be displayed showing the final amount, including taxes and payment conditions.
8. Credit card details will be requested as a guarantee for the reservation.
9. To complete the booking process, the conditions and the data protection policy must be accepted.
10. A booking confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
The electronic document formalising the reservation will be archived and may be accessed upon request. However, we recommend that you keep the confirmation email for your records.
Languages:
The booking process can be completed in Spanish, English or French.
Rates:
Room and service prices shown in the booking engine on our website can be viewed in any currency using the integrated currency converter (updated daily according to the current legal exchange rate).
Bookings will always be confirmed in EUROS (€), including 7% IGIC.
Additional services:
Any additional services you wish to include in your booking will incur extra charges unless specified as complimentary. These services must be expressly accepted, and their cost will be indicated in each case.
Payment:
Payment for the accommodation may be made at the establishment upon arrival. If preferred, payment may also be made in advance during the booking process by selecting online payment or Bizum.
During the booking process, credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and Maestro) are required as a booking guarantee.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival at the hotel. If you are not the cardholder, please contact the hotel before the deposit policy specified in the reservation is applied.
Modification and cancellation policy:
Cancellation conditions will be provided during the booking process.
Free modifications and cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. After this time, modifications are not permitted, and cancellations/no-shows will result in the first night being charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
Data protection:
The data provided during the booking process will be used to manage the booking, enable your stay at the selected property and contact you, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Right of withdrawal:
Please note that, for accommodation services, the right of withdrawal under Law 3/2014, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, does not apply.
Applicable law and jurisdiction:
These booking conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute regarding their validity, execution or termination, in whole or in part, if you are a consumer, the competent courts will be those corresponding to your place of residence.
The European Commission, in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers may submit their claims through this platform.
